Any materials addressing Dialectical Behavior Therapy ("DBT"), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ("CBT"), coping skills, emotional regulation, mental health, or related topics are educational resources. Purchase or completion of a Healthy Makeovers, LLC program does not constitute certification in DBT, CBT, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other clinical modality.
